to.
Why bring his daughter into it... especially from someone like you who

and I don't mean most of the examples found in this newsgroup.

There's a huge difference between earned benefits and entitlements.

We've all been through the "earned benefits" by reviewing the performance of
the US Army during Johnny's 'career'.
If it was a private company, most of the 'officers' would have been turfed
out.

Please post the findings of that review, I'd really like to see it.
