Actually democriters create the budget in congress and gave to to Obama.
Obama wasn't complaining much, lots of big shot big mouth money to
spend. Congress has approved debt increases from $9 billion or so to
$14 billion or so...LMAO.

Oh I so smell a huge double dip coming. US government is going to try
to borrow $100 billion next week. Going to get interesting pretty quick.

I can hardly wait for the next buying opportunity. Figure it could be
between October and December.
