This is far from just a southern Maryland problem. The fact is most
drug abuse is in abusing "legal drugs". The Southeast coast of Florida
is the "pain clinic" capital of the world. There are hundreds of "Dr
Feelgood" operations over there that provide pills that go all the way
up the eastern seaboard.

I just threw this in to counter Krause. It's not just a S Florida problem,
It's everywhere including S Maryland.
You got a problem, mental or physical? There's a pill for that is what you
see advertized all over the TV nowadays. Folks are self diagnosing and going
to their doctors demanding particular meds. Patient , Dr., and
pharmaceutical companies are all at fault.
