Looks sort of like the old tire bubble balancer. But no level on the
top.
Because I don't do any mechanical work of any kind, even though I've
taken mechanical engineering courses, I shouldn't know what that is.
BUT, I watched my mechanic doing the maintenence on my push lawnmower.
That object is to balance the lawn mower blade after sharpening.
I am not sure which Harry this is but the answer is right.
I'm curious - how do you balance a blade after sharpening?

I didn't know there was a do-dad for home handymen to use.
I always balance my blades on a screwdriver shaft. It the two sides can
point east & west, I've taken the right amount off each side.
