If it was so corrupt Obama should have fixed it BEFORE he started
proposing more offshore drilling. It is not a question of a long
process that wasn't finished. Fixing MMS had not even started so he
must have been happy with them.

Heymann has a pretty good track record as an investigator. Perhaps he
should start his investigation at the top with the big kahuna himself and
work his way down to the minerals commission. He'd dig up enough dirt to
start a new continent.
