I had a Muslim friend who was quite Americanized. In talking one time
it kinda' went like this:

Me: ".... so, you DO consider me an infidel"?

He: ... "well, yes, of course.."

Me: "So, if the laws or circumstances were different, you would kill
me"?

He: "Yes, I would..."

This was my friend, but still more than that, he was a Muslim who
believed my death would serve his God...

It was a chilling conversation after knowing this man for so long as a
friend I walked away and never sought him out again, never did
business with him again either.
