Just remember that even if the captain of that tug sees you, about all
he can do is blow his horn. A barge train is still going to maintain
course and speed. Dr. Newton says so.


A lot of truth to that unfortunately but better to be seen than not
seen. A tug captain will do almost anything to avoid running over a
boat if he knows it is there, and with enough warning may have some
wiggle room.
