Being a jack ass seems to be cook these days. I was on vacation 2 weeks
ago, and had the hood of the car keyed. Seems like the cool thing for
unemployed delinquents is to dare each other to key other cars from out
of province or "race" not of their liking.

No. But in the BC Surrey, ferries and island areas it seems the punks
may watch you leave the vehicle, and either of out of province plates or
your skin colr can make you a target. We told the relatives in Vancouver
and they have heard the scuttlebutt on this rage.
