Does it mean he'll take a picture of his stubby hand holding a room key
card again. He tries so hard to impress. Poor guy. I kind of actually
feel sorry for him.

My kids like to bring their room keys home from vacation. In fact they
have a collection of them. There is nothing special about a picture of a
room key. All it means is that someone else brought it home for you to
take a picture. A stamp in your passport is another thing. But, I doubt
there is room in Polanski's chalet.
The Swiss do not stamp the passport. Hell, most of Europe does not anymore.
