Yeah, I am more interested in honor and integrity than spelling. You

You have no honor or integrity.
But that is an issue separate from your problems with English.
Your inability to spell, punctuate, and write coherent sentences in
standard English provides insight into your ability to think and
express
yourself. Most people will not take seriously someone as incoherent as
you are.
It's not a matter of hall monitoring. This is a newsgroup forum, not
Instant Messaging.
About the only job you are suited for is advising teabaggers how to
write the signs they carry at their dumbed-down rallies.

Hey, the good part about this is when the government scales back your
checks, you will have to hump a job... LMAO.
I'm certain my monthly investment income and consulting fee income add
up to more than you earn.
I'm not yet receiving Social Security or taking advantage of Medicare,
nor do I need them.
I have no desire to "retire," and plan to work my consulting contracts
as long as I am able. One of my contract clients is paying my way for a
nice trip to Geneva to help out at a conference.
I'd bet the value of the trip is more than you earn.
Ah, still working for the government eh? Good part is you will not have
to worry about it for long, while sovern bankruptcy started in Iceland,
moved to Greece, it is only a few countries away from washing up on US
shores. Keep an eye on the Japanese, they are going through a melt down
as I write.
If by working for the government you mean that I pay taxes, well, sure.
