youngest bought a condo 4 blocks from the beach in an upscale SoCal city.
She bought a condo as she could not afford a house. She bought the condo
when she was 26 years old. When did you buy your first house?

I worked my way through college. I paid my daughters. She graduated
when she was 21. Started a business, and saved her money. Dad did
remodel the condo. But it was a $370K purchase price, Now worth $700k+.
And steel workers were highly paid. Your dad blow it all? My mom was
an RN. And they made a lot less than a steelworker.
