My kids are fiscal conservatives. They do not spend excess money. My
youngest bought a condo 4 blocks from the beach in an upscale SoCal city.
She bought a condo as she could not afford a house. She bought the condo
when she was 26 years old. When did you buy your first house?



That's wonderful Bill... truly. I'm not a big fan of condos, but it's
certainly better than renting.
