It dropped 10% from the highest it was since he came in to office and it may
just be a small perturbation from the census worker hiring. He pushed for
the stimulus to keep unemployment under 8%. IT went from 10.7 to 9.7% last
month. He has gone up since he took over office. Gone up lots. In Feb.
2008 was 5.2%.
