It would be difficult to find charges that would stick unless you
overturned the constitution. The big outfits like Goldman spend
hundreds of millions every year on top notch legal talent to ensure
that they operate (barely) within the law. If you were able to get
convictions, substantial numbers of donors to your favorite political
party would find themselves in the gray bar hotel and that also seems
unlikely.
