Another bit more and he'd have been let go, but Willie took him home.
I tried the rest of the day after we loaded the sturgeon into his
pickup and he headed home to clean it.

That was the only action for me the whole three days - and I ain't
complaining!

Did Willie smoke him? How else can you prepare them? Do recreational
fishermen harvest the roe?
