I agree about the grass, they are illegal to run over a grass bed
right now *in Florida(as is grinding through with any boat).
$1000 fine and you may have to pay to fix it.
As for the oyster bar, I bet on the oysters, particularly if they were
seeded on coral rock.
The oyster beds I recall in and along the ICW were seeded on a
muddy/sandy bottom.

I see a lot of these and they are not a problem for grass beds because
ti is illegal to run them over shallow grass beds.
