The stupid parents signed a consent form allowing the after school
clinic to treat her. The parents say they didn't see any language
about abortion???
What parent in their right mind signs a consent form without
understanding the parameters?
The woman described her daughter as pro-life, as if the clinic shoved
her in the taxi and made her have an abortion. It was her decision,
not the schoo's or the clinic's.
Guess what? Anyone over the age of 13 or 14, depending on the state
can get an abortion without their parents consent.
That's what happened here. The problem is between the parents and the
child. They should never have signed that consent form.
From my recollection, the only state in the union to require parental
consent is Texas, where they kill more people legally than any other
state.
There's a right to birth in Texas, but not a right to life.
