That sounds like a respectable difference. I wonder if it's the same
stuff, and if it is, I think the Marina is marking it up double. But
then again, they have to eat too.

Chances are the marina is buying the hose from some outfit just like
Jamestown Distributors, and are not getting that much of a trade
discount. If they don't mark it up, they're losing money.
