No, the "authorities" won't unless someone HAS been threatened with
physical harm. But, hey, go ahead, give it a try. And this has nothing
to do with your threats to illegally shoot someone. It has to do with
your statement that *I* broke my daughter's arms. If you are
withholding evidence of such, that is a crime. Other than that little
tidbit, it's also slander.
Again, stay tuned. You do what you think you need to do. Have at it,
you'll be laughed at when you show the "authorities" that I stated
that I would come for a visit this spring.

Boogerman, got news for you. Lawsuits from fictional usenet characters
never even get entertained by a court.
You can't slander Elmer Fudd, either. Why? Not a real person.
Your "daughter" isn't a real "person" either.
Unless you post under your real name, you are not a "person."
Hey, that's how you want it, so live with it.
Now, tell us again why it is that nobody should use their real name on
usenet.
BTW, Harry, Scotty, Tim, John, Tom, Wayne, Richard, Greg, et al, are
real people. They actually may be able to successfully file a slander
suit.
I'd tell you to ask deplume, who claims to be a lawyer, for advice on
that, but she's just another fictional character.
So you're SOL.

lol! Interesting twist. Most would not argue that Elmer Fudd is fictional.
Most around here would also not argue that Loogy is a person. It does not
matter what name he uses to post. It doesn't change the fact that he's a
person.

Be that as it may, I'm just cracking up watching harry run around with his
tail between his legs. He's trying to post as much "defense" as possible
around here. He sure must be scared of something.

It's gonna be fun to watch this play out.
