Agree there. It is a good vehicle to carry your favorite seasonings on
tho. I bang it in a hot skillet after marinating in olive oil with
some "Emerils" (make my own with less salt and paprika) and some Old
Bay. Not bad but not really "fish".


Old Bay is good stuff on almost anything.
