Now someone needs to come up with some kind of fish that considers
the
carp as a main stay meal that's also good to catch and eat.
I heard something on the news about some chef using the carp as
food...
supposedly, it's very good.

The thing I understand about carp is they're quite difficult to cook
well and they're an extremely boney fish. But i'm sure somebody can do
'em up right.
Or net catch 'em and grind them up for farm/yard fertilizer and/or cat
food.
There are places that sell smoked carp. Based on their diet, I'm not
interested.
Do you eat Talapia?

Can I haz Cheezeburger?
They can be bland by themselves, but you can spice it up nicely. Try
mustard
and tarragon.
If I want fish - I order fish that tastes good without overloading it with
seasoning. A large filet is great blackened but you still can taste the
fish.
Please show me where I said to "overload it" with seasoning. Learn to cook
and you'll learn to live.
