Now someone needs to come up with some kind of fish that considers the
carp as a main stay meal that's also good to catch and eat.
I heard something on the news about some chef using the carp as food....
supposedly, it's very good.

The thing I understand about carp is they're quite difficult to cook
well and they're an extremely boney fish. But i'm sure somebody can do
'em up right.
Or net catch 'em and grind them up for farm/yard fertilizer and/or cat
food.
There are places that sell smoked carp. *Based on their diet, I'm not
interested.
I really don't think I'd be a fan of them either.
Yup. *There are too many *good* foods to eat. *I'll take a smoked pork
shoulder over a smoked bottom-feeding fish any day.
Ah yes, but then you're not getting your fish oil allocation.
I started taking the fish oil after being directed to by Dr. Tim
I am not
sure if it's his fish oil or the prescriptions, but I haven't gone fluttery in
months
Must be Tims doctorin'

Honestly Scott. My dad swore by the Cod liver oil or the next best
thing Flax seed oil for his heart murmors. He didn't think there was
much to it either, until he laid off it for a couple days then his
heart started skipping beats again. So he wen't back to the CL oli and
it cleared his heart back up within 24 hrs.
I think it's working for you.
Well, I did 40 minutes cardio before the circuits yesterday and only had one
skip. Still, with my meds the heartbeat won't go over about 125 bpm but the doc
says that's ok. I had The Mouse do a Power Kick class yesterday, today is Yoga
and then, dun, dun, dunnnnnnnnnn... This weekend she gets to take a Zumba class
with Rudolfo, she is not happy about that but I think the classes are great
cross training, so does her trainer.
