Now someone needs to come up with some kind of fish that considers the
carp as a main stay meal that's also good to catch and eat.

I heard something on the news about some chef using the carp as food....
supposedly, it's very good.

The thing I understand about carp is they're quite difficult to cook
well and they're an extremely boney fish. But i'm sure somebody can do
'em up right.

Or net catch 'em and grind them up for farm/yard fertilizer and/or cat
food.

There are places that sell smoked carp. *Based on their diet, I'm not
interested.

Do you eat Talapia?

Scotty

Not if I can help it. *They are farm-raised and taste bland - at best. *
Sometimes you just get "fish" and they don't tell you what it is.

I'm not a talapia fan either. and bland is a good word to describe
it's taste.
