It has been a horrible winter for golf. The weather and my expanded
roll
at work has been killing my ability to take off time during the week to
play when the weather does cooperate.
If you worked for yourself, you could figure out a way to take time
off when you wanted, and on short notice. Over the next couple of
days, I'll be booking a fishing trip in a much warmer latitude. No
need to show up at anyone's office when I can email in the projects
for which I get paid.
