OK, OK, but they've done all right by me. So far.

Well, they usually do, John. And I've actually recieved good service
from them. But it seems like the old adage is true. "A good deed never
is noticed, but a bad deed is never forgotten"

Occasionally they'll put my stuff on the wrong truck, and instead of
the usual one day service ends up being two days. But that's rare,
that is unless I'm badly needing the parts I ordered!

Then it never fails to fail.

I was surprised that they covered the cost of a new boat cover. I'd
figured they'd blame my neighbors for stealing it or something.
