He could have gotten any surgeon in the province, heck he could have
gone to 5 other provinces near him. Even Ottawa, Montreal or Toronto
the biggest centers but elected for the USA. Paid for by the government
of course.

Next up, if you think the average middle class gets this treatment, you
are dreaming. They don't. "Government" health care does not pay for
such things. So you are going to ask how Williams pulls it off? Two
ways, he is premier and has government paid supplimentry care, the best
public money can buy. Which most people can't afford.
