of the Union Speech. Unprecedented! Trying to influence future rulings.
The ruling was correct, regarding the constitutionality of the law
according
to real constitutional scholars.

the ruling was not correct. if it had been, it would have been 9-0.

it allows al qaida to buy air time to influence elections. but, then,
a conservativet, as lenin said, would sell someone the rope they'd use
to hang him



So any ruling not 9-0 is wrong? Seems if most of the SCOTUS rulings are
wrong according to you.
