State of the Union Speech. Unprecedented! Trying to influence future
rulings. The ruling was correct, regarding the constitutionality of the
law according to real constitutional scholars.

No, not according to the SC ruling. If a foreign gov't owns a company that's
incorporated in a US state, it's a domestic corp and contribute all it
wants.
