anyone who thinks palin is qualified...

watch the movie '13 days' about the cuban missile crisis.

ask yourself if you think palin would have saved the world from
destruction....

the very thought gives me chills. and it makes me wonder about the
sanity of those who think she's sane

Why did we have a Cuban missile crisis? JFK was a disaster as
President. If he had not been killed his legacy would be extremely bad.
He gave us part of the Southeast Asia buildup, he gave us the Bay of
Pigs debacle, and he caused the Russian's to install missiles in Cuba in
retaliation for the US putting missiles on their borders in Turkey. He
gave us Camelot and some class in DC, while at the same time banging the
Sex Symbol of the Century. At least he had good looking girlfriends and
did not bang the hired help. Not saying Palin is any good for POTUS, but
do not hold up JFK as the great one.

You're mixing your history timeline. JFK inherited the Bay of Pigs
pre-amble from Eisenhower. The agreement about the missiles in Turkey was
completed in 1959. They were deployed as per that agreement. Nice try
with that one.

Kennedy gave final approval. Plus in the same vein of Bush owning 9/11,
JFK gets all the blame on his watch.

You're delusional. You're comparing the Bay of Pigs to 9/11. Bush ignored
the intelligence. At least JFK acted.
