Or a combination.

We usually start north from the Keys or Bahamas sometime in mid March.
Normally we do the ICW, but sometimes we go outside - totally depends
on the weather. We have so far always gone inside to avoid Hatteras.
Bob wanted to go out Oregon Inlet, and we even ordered the paper chart
for it, but have never actually done it that way.
