Trial by jury in the USA. There are a greater percentage of those
terrorist trials resulting in conviction than those in military court.


Who said anything about a military court? Hellfire's run about $70k

Whoa, nomdeplum found nothing wrong with attacking folks on the
ground. She seemed to think they were the enemy 'cause they were
running. No trial, no nothing, just running. Just like the guy in the
article. Alleged this, alleged that. What's the difference. If you
liberals were so interested in 'human' rights and the 'rule of law',
you'd be up in arms over Obama's treatment of folks just running on
the ground - alleged terrorists.
