The Canadian forces were in early too.
First a Challanger jet flew down with an advance party to scout
the need. Then a Hercules cargo plane followed by one of our new
C-17s loaded with supplies and military personnel. They came back
with full loads of Canadian citizens wanting to get off the island.
Two warships left here yesterday loaded with supplies and 500
sailors to do light engineering but it's a 5 day sail from here.
NO ONE CARES.
