Maybe not. Just wanted to point out that the microwave is easiest if
you are only making one or two cups. You heat the water in the
drinking cup,the advantage of simplicity.

I agree. Sometimes if there's left over coffee in the pot and I feel
like some, I'll microwave it, and it never tastes as good as if you
just turn the pot on and let it warm. BUT, I have this cool thing that
is like a small basket with a handle that holds enough ground coffee
to make one cup. You simply heat just the water in the microwave, then
stir the water with this thing, let it set a few minutes, and you have
a decent cup of coffee.
