On our last trip we stopped at a city dock in Alexandria, about a
block from a Starbucks. Spent a few hours roaming the streets and
sitting in the park - admiring the Key West boat in the water.

There was no cost, and no little guy in a uniform wanting money. Guess
where we'll go next time.
