planet. How may of them do you think are young males? Maybe a couple of

Look, if you want to develop a true terrorist profile, fine. But if
anyone things that young male Muslims is an adequate profile, they are a
moron, and a racist.

I am not saying shoot them, but at least stop, check their passport,
names in the database, reasons for travel etc. Do it to the white boys
all the time. No winter jacket, no luggage and going to Detroit in
January should have been enough. Freaking idiots at the airport were
asleep at the crossing, plain and simple. Even ask their religion to
see if they twich.

You take the manifest, run it through a simple micky mouse computer
program and pick the top 25% to at least ask questions. Of those, take
5 and detail them in detail. Old fashioned score card method works
great. You get a card you put your name, purpose of visit etc. on.
Even what you bring with you. Each guard enters a score as you pass
their point, including check in.

Increased scores for late, out of character, nervious, no winter jacket
in January to Dtroit, Canada or NY for that mater. Points for coming in
from a country with high terrorism rates, even if by connections. Even
a new empty looking passport without an online travel history.

And an old fashioned chemical sniffing german sheperd would do well.
With sharp teeth of course. Should be easy enough to train them to
react to any chemical not BO or mouthwash related. Might even get some
drugs off the street.

Sirhan Sirhan isn't the type to pick to support their freedom of
movement they now enjoy. At least stop and ask questions for 5 minutes.

It is unfortunate, but profiling works. In a perfect world, it would be
banned. But this isn't a perfect world and be really, it isn't white
pregnant women from Iowa trying to blow up planes.
