about 80 oz. a day. When I cut down on the sugar, I cut down on the
coffee. about 44 oz. now

Like I told you on the phone, just slowly use less and less sugar and
creme and in about two weeks your taste will adjust and you will like it
just fine... We used to drink three to four posts a day between my wife
and myself, don't know how much that adds up to but it was a lot. Now
that I am a heart patient I don't drink any, that cold turkey week and a
half was wild in the beginning..

Now I do Cocoa a cup at at time in the Keurig
