Tim, you ignorant slut. Metal ships cannot be repurposed because the
stress points in the hull would split from fatigue if the
superstructure exceeds 73% of waterline from transom to bow sprit.
Any modern vessel requires a superstructure that would easily exceed
4/5ths of the waterline.
