Clean them first. *Or just cook them your favorite way. *After all, they're
YOUR crabs. * I prefer them cleaned first, then steamed or boiled with some
Zataran's crab seasoning. *It's actually called crab boil, so it may not
work if you used it to steam them. *;-)

I suppose it is the difference between Maryland crabs and Louisiana
crabs. If the crabs don't have any flavor you need to boil them in
