Yesterday was a very nice day here on Tybee Island, but didn't get to
go crabbing, did some surf fishing with not much luck. Today we're
going on the marsh side of the island and go string line some crab! It
rained earlier but the sun's out, and we're hopeful! Sure would like a
crab boil this evening.

"Boil"? *You should steam crabs.

Clean them first. *Or just cook them your favorite way. *After all, they're
YOUR crabs. * I prefer them cleaned first, then steamed or boiled with some
Zataran's crab seasoning. *It's actually called crab boil, so it may not
work if you used it to steam them. *;-)

Ummm, I've lived in blue crab country for 20 years. Thanks for the
tips, but I'm okay. And actually our plan was for a low country boil.
Tide wasn't in our favor in the marsh, so five keepers. We put them
back.
