You must be better dressed than I am..... 'course they are predicting
snow tomorrow... too!
The trick to winter riding is a snowmobile suit. They work.
Of course, nothing helps when ice is involved. Don't have those
special tires, donchano.

(Good tire shot at about 0:58.
SNOWMOBILE SUIT.... a stroke of genius.... I'm off to look.
PS
Are you guys getting bombed? This morning, less than an inch of snow
predicted... now? They are making noise of a minimum of a foot.....
and as much as 18"..... temperatures not much above freezing through
Tuesday....

Go off to the gym this morning and come out at Noon to 62F warmth. I
thought the forecast rain today. But 62 and sunny.
It has been snowing for 20 minutes and the ground is covered....
visibilities are low.... and it feels COLD. Looking for as much as
14-15 inches .... as much as 2 feet just north of here.....

Talked to our godchildrens mom in Roanoke. Said they sent the kids home
early. 3" of snow, and a foot forecast. About 64 here today.
We have a little over 3 inches, now, and its snowing like crazy.....
We got bombed today. I'd guess we got about 20". I'd shovel a path
only to find four inches in it a couple hours later. We had a
Christmas party for folks in the neighborhood, and some who weren't.
The ones who had a drive didn't make it.
We got 12-14", but it got beat down by sleet and a bit of freezing
rain.... shoveling was a goat-rope, but I finally got the 100' odd
feet done. I think we'll get out tomorrow....
We had at least two feet of snow, I'm guessing. I don't shovel. We
blasted our way of the driveway and to the county road, which hasn't
been plowed yet. Then we got stuck. :(- Hide quoted text -

It's idiots like you that are the problem. Get out there and get stuck
because you're too stupid to wait until the roads are cleared.
Gets stuck in the middle of the road so a plow can't get by. What a
moron. And tomorrow he'll complain that the right wing plow drivers did
a lousy job of clearing the roads. What an asshole.
