Hmmmmm..... good point.

Personally, I'd like to see a LOT more solitary confinement. I know it
is borderline cruel and unusual punishment, but allowing the perps to
use correctional facilities as criminal universities is cruel and
unusual punishment for the rest of us.... and we didn't do anything
wrong.....
