And all those licenses required for firearms and he is still shot.


All the charges were dismissed...so I don't know if that would be
considered a "serious record".


Seems as if he was not of the finest moral upbringing. In the end, killed
him. Just because charges of those weight were dropped, does not mean he is
one to be pals with.
