Neighbor and I deep fried two for his family yesterday.

I will be doing one this afternoon. We love 'em, the nice brown crispy
skin is awesome. We also get onions, potatoes, and other goodies ready
and deep fry 'em after the turkey is done. What a feast... Time to check
my gym membership, make sure it's ready for the end of the riding
season.


I don't understand the ingestion of all that *fried* food.
