I would fear for this country if Palin achieved high national political
office, but not because she is a woman. In office, she is a dangerous,
simple-minded, pseudo-religious moron. I doubt any of that has to do with
her gender. After all, George W. Bush had the same symptoms.

So after a year of Obamanation you still think people are better off?

From my perspective, yes and no. We're better off strategically and in some
cases specifically, but we're less well off as far as things like
unemployment and deficit spending goes. The former is wildly more important,
but only in the long-term. The latter is wildly more inportant in the
short-term, but not so much in the long-term.


Maybe what DC needs is a simplton honest person that does not see the
bull**** as adding value for Americans.

No. She's not qualified nor honest. This was demonstrated in the last
election, for example.

But it is obvious Palin haters fear reality. Prefering talk a lot and
when people get dismayed, talk some more with excuses and a turd
polishing. Damn, the more I listen to Obama, the more I realize he loves
to talk a lot and really say nothing of value.
