Well, KSM is going to be tried in NYC. Of course most of the evidence
will be made public, and other won't be for security reasons, and even
more because it's not admissable in court.

What do you want to bet this will turn into a full blown investigation
(witch hunt) against the DOD. This is just more PC crazy... The guy will
walk.
