I can see you have had no experience in the past ten years with hiring
personnel. It is a rarity when you can find one who can properly fill out
an application. Oh, yes, I know when you're hiring someone for cleanup or
menial job positions that you don't need an English major, but it is nice to
have someone who can spell and tell you what ten percent of ten is without
having to use a computer for a minute, then come up with a guess.

I don't know who you are responding to but education doesn't NECESSARILY
equate to intelligence or common sense or analytical skills or knowledge
or life experiences. There's a lot of folks out there with multiple
sheepskins that can't tie their shoes or operate a microwave oven.
