No one even went to jail for GMs mis-statements. There was even a class
action lawsuit that won, and their case was solid enough they didn't
need a criminal conviction.

US has the laws but SEC/Obama doesn't enforce them.

Meanwhile the Ford family might be selling out, why not? A little bit
that is left over is better than squat if Obama USSR nationalizes it too.
