I already posted the solution to that a while back.
You want to cool the earth?
Scatter white reflective pellets on the seas, using military cargo
planes. Maybe pelletized Burger King containers.
Two birds, one stone.
You want to warm the earth?
Coal dust on the icecaps.
As Wayne suggested, you have to closely monitor feedback mechanisms.
Don't want "unintended consequences."
Ain't no big thang.
