The dream did not last long, strange for such a modern yacht.
Does that tell you something about modern yachets?
Of course I don't have any proof but it gives me a bad feeling.
Made in Poland.. O my god.
I always order my yachts from Van Lent, De Vries or De Vries Lentsch :-)
There is noting better as Dutch quality.

I prefer Royal Huisman (
www.royalhuisman.com) but then again, I'm a sailor.
Royal van Lent and de Vries are also top of the bill. You can also check

I'm not sure if it's got anything to do with it but recenlty quite a lot of
containers have been lost overboard in the region North of the Waddensea.
Maybe the yacht was just unlucky enough to hit one of them. Generally
damage to a hull doens't appear out of a blue sky.
Judging from the picture on
http://www.havendenhelder.nl/nieuws.asp (scroll
down 4 articles) the damage must have occured below the waterline. She's
affloat now with no damage apparant.... I'll keep you updated if I hear any
more.
Scroll down to the bottom for the lasest news on the Prins Willem, which
burned down a few months ago in Den Helder. It was decided Not to rebuild
her, because the costs were too high and the insurance too low...
