Rumor became reality in Jefferson on Friday as the Greene County
community learned it would lose dozens of jobs when Electrolux stops
production of Frigidaire washers and dryers there and in Webster City
by 2011.
The Swedish company announced late Friday it plans to cut 850 jobs in
the two communities and shift all its North American manufacturing to
Juarez, Mexico.

I hope all the companies in the U.S. move to Mexico. I want to see this
country collapse, and then I want to hear our great leaders explain why
it happened.

I agree. Ship everything overseas, break up the economy, then and only
then will
America be rebuilt.
